Territory Representative - Hallmark, Green Bay WI and Des Moines, IA – IRC109622 and IRC 109619

The Territory Representative (TR) manages the retail execution of all sales, service and installation activities at the territory level across a multi-state territory. The TR is responsible for achieving all scorecard measures (revenue objectives, season returns, service compliance, part-time service/installation budget efficiency, etc.) through effectively leading a team of approximately 125-150 part-time service employees. The TR develops current and new customer relationships through interaction with Walmart store managers, market managers and others as appropriate.  The TR is responsible for reviewing and selling placement of key programs that will be located outside of the Walmart store greeting card department.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

 

•        1+ year of Mass Channel or retail supervisory experience

•        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word

•        Ability to travel frequently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•        College degree preferred but not required

•        Ability to work independently

•        Leadership & people management skills: Ability to direct, manage and motivate a part-time service team

•        Organizational & time management skills: Ability to multi-task and manage multiple, changing priorities

•        Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal)

•        Customer relationship building skills – the ability to develop current and new customer relationships

•        Preference will be given to qualified candidates currently living in the greater Green Bay, WI market and Des Moines, IA market
